What does it prove about the United Kingdom and the Author?
This epic saga does not prove anything about the Constitution of the United Kingdom except that it is an unwritten Constitution that is flexible and malleable to suit the powers that be on the day that decisions need to be taken by the State. The mere fact that Kent Police do have a Civil Claims Department shows that the Constitution has made a provision to enable the Police to be litigated against and indeed prosecuted against in a criminal court as I have done albeit unsuccessfully.
Similarly the Prime Minister is clearly not above the law in civil and criminal jurisdictions of the United Kingdom since Boris Johnson was sued with regard to the Brexit apparently alleged misrepresentation to the public and we know that he was delivered the Fixed Penalty Notice on the Covid 19 Partygate matter.
So what have I learnt this afternoon in light of the attached…
