East Kent Magistrates Court

Dear Sir/Madam

The attached correspondence is a totally unsatisfactory reply from Kent Police given that it is holding on to four of our computers, four USB Memory Sticks, two Amazon Pads and two Mobile Phones for its continuing contempt of court supposed investigations since 15 September 2021 in view of the private prosecution of the Chief Constable of Kent Police's Chief Constable that I applied an arrest warrant for to East Kent Magistrates Court back in 2021, so that Kent Police is withholding vital information from me as to the Court's Case Number on the private prosecution that is under Appeal at your Court: FrKentPolice(10Nov2023TrialHearing)3May2023.docx .

To address your earlier question again I therefore still do not know what that Case Number for the arrest warrant application is and am therefore requesting East Kent Magistrates Court to dig through its files to retrieve it or Order Kent Police to return our IT Devices so that I have access to all the information that I need for my Trial Hearing of 10 November 2023 2 pm. You will appreciate that without this vital Appeal outcome documentation, I will be hamstrung for my Defence at Medway Magistrates Court.

I look forward to your reply as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sirs

Thank you for your response.

To clarify, this is a counter prosecution that I have re-initiated for the second time (the first time at Maidstone Crown Court in 2017 on a Speeding matter) and this one started on the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022 where the Hate Crime of Kent Police on me and my family were cited as mitigating circumstances. The Hate Crime related to J00ME572 of Medway County Court where I took out an injunction against Kent Police's Chief Constable but which ran into procedural anomalies that enabled Kent Police to pointlessly investigate me for alleged offences relating to harassment and malicious communications from emails received by Katrina Sale, bp, staff of BLM Law, educational establishments including the University of Greenwich and for which I was interviewed at the Police Station on coerced but voluntary invitation on 16 September 2021, then arrested on four occasions on 24 November 2021, 23 November 2022, 28 March 2023 and 20 March 2023 during which my Duty solicitors were harnessed by Kent Police not to cooperate with me and which led to bail being imposed on me with conditions such as not communicating with educational establishments and appearing at Medway Police Station on 18 June 2023. The private prosecution of the Chief Constable of Kent Police at East Kent Magistrates Court that stalled will also be discussed at the Trial Hearing.

These were Hate Crimes that I am prosecuting Kent Police for in Medway Magistrates Court and I await the Full Written Reasons of the Court to that effect.

Through my Trial Hearing of 10 November 2023 2 pm I will demand that the Magistrate direct Medway County Court to resuscitate J00ME572 (see attached: Document_2022-05-13_152026.pdf for the Injunction and Compensation of £10 million that is now appropriate.

I trust this information is useful in assisting Kent Police to consider settling this matter out of court in accordance with the email I sent Civil Claims of Kent Police this morning.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for clarifying the direction of the Magistrate at Medway Magistrates Court who has been presiding over the 1 June 2023 Hearing of Notice of New Date of Hearing NKMC.docx attached, and subsequent proceedings, and has decided that my Appeal against the matter going to a trial Hearing on 10 November 2023 at 2.00 pm has been overruled by the Court on this Saturday, as indicated in the link attached: Outcome of Hearing: 1 June 2023, 10 00 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/outcome-of-hearing-1-june-2023-10-00-1 Please give me the name of the Magistrate who directed this course of action.

In order to prepare for this trial of myself I need a synopsis of the relevant Kent Police's submissions to the Court relating to the 1 June 2023 Hearing and the Magistrate-approved 'Case for the Prosecution' of myself point my point outlining all the offences that I am alleged to have committed which are to be addressed at the Trial Hearing to come. Would you therefore kindly send me the Full Written Reasons for your deliberations to date and time?

I will be unrepresented at the Trial Hearing.

I confirm that I shall be attending on Cloud Video Platform so please also send me details of how to log into the online system.

Yours sincerely
