Dear Sir/Madam

I have been exonerated by North Kent Magistrates Court sitting at Medway Magistrates Court from all appearances as acknowledged by the email below relating to the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022, the stalking/harassment, and malicious communications matters on which I was held on Bail on suspicion of having perpetrated those offences.

If you agree with this, there is still the questions of a letter of Apology and Financial Compensation for the 7 arrests of myself and the confiscation of IT property and paper files taken from our property to be negotiated.

I would be most grateful for your kind attention to this matter.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
