I am notifying you I have applied via my counsel of record Mr Forz Khan instructed by Slater and Gordon and Mr Benny John for a striking-out notice on the perjury-ridden Witness Statement with
Exhibits OS/1 – OS/6 of your former employee one Orla Scanlan on 27th May 2022.
Leave on the one hand the many lies in it, including ascribing the alleged work of the alleged night-time Dr Panigrahi to the day-time Dr Panigrahi, it is incomprehensible and even illiterate. Refer by way of illustration to part 9 there-of. This alleged lawyer Scamman under heading (9) as an example of her inmeritorious contention that my claim lacks full merit wrote "The Claimant’s principle goal (per his application for injunctive relief) appears to be". Even a junior apprentice would know it should have been "principal", not "principle". Or did she let her partner Lalji Vekaria write this vexatious material? Is he also Kubla Khan from possiblynotarealdoctor90@yahoo.com the email from which the stalker decimal entrepreneur Katrina Halfpenny for Sale had her alleged Guildford Sheiling boyfriend send me harassing emails?
Or is Orla, who I suspect on the basis of information from Professor Em. Sir Ray Coker, could have latent connections to the University of Greenwich, now alleging forgery and deliberately wrote that inexactitude of principal to use later to wriggle out of culpability for her perjuries? At minimum, she is an unreliable inchoate witness and must be investigation for perjury and for obtaining her claimed legal qualifications via underhand or hand-under-petticoat means, it cannot have been legitimately?
Unprincipled being the principal characteristic?
Her other buttermees jaanbhosadiwale allegations must be struck down and disregarded. and now A/S Gary Semen, my ability to defend myself against the wicked green evil old Queen Witch has been deliberately compromised. This even after I petitioned for her not to be beheaded for her derelictions of duty and the malicious bastardisation of my spam folder so as I only get some emails on my mobile but not on my other hidden unhijacked computer, but only to be thrown into the Tower of Babel.
By process of law and CPR you are impelled to acknowledge receipt of this email without a delay before I go off-duty and day-time Shantanu takes over and I will deny sending this. Orla has missed her greatest opportunity in life. Instead, the preliminary response from the Professional Ethics division of the Solicitors Regulation Authority indicates my complaint against BLM Law for fraudulent misconduct, misappropriation, corruption, breach of GPDR in somehow obtaining my debit card details, abuse of process, contempts of court, and misrepresenting their position and authority in respect of their claimed client Hugh Pughesley, as named in my claim, while only presenting a letter of consent from Kent Police.
I will check by my 7-method on my clocks for indication from God of the opportune moment to discreetly send this, all my processes having been rendered more onerous because of the Home Invasion by Grunting Nicholls the Cruel. Is that clear enough? Until I clarify my form n1 as to particularisations, the amount claimed remains fluid and I reserve the power to escalate the demand from the discounted amount back to £ 50 million, with costs and my proceedings bearing every conceivable prospect of success.
After I soon prevail in court, I will refer all of you to the United Nations for war crimes carried out against me for 24 years. Only Orla will be excepted provided again she swiftly complies. I generously and fairly offer to Orla or a substitute who meets my exacting requirements, one very final opportunity to satisfy me. That extension expires on Gurupurnima.
If by some miscarriage I am denied justice then I hereby irrevocably once again renounce my British citizenships and passports, also for my spouse in respect of whom I hold a Durable Power of Attorney, and so place myself out of the reach of the jurisdiction of your courts and collection bailiffry.
