Dear Sir/Madam
I have been going through mental health crisis and requested you to contact Britton House for me as attached: ToKMPTPALSccLongCatlisSurgeryJillJesson(DistressDepressionSuicidal)21June2023.
Ten minutes ago I telephoned Britton House when I did not hear anything from you or them to check on whether the appointment of Monday 26th June 2023 with Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Emmanuel had been converted from a telephone one to a face-to face one and was told that it will still be a telephone appointment as attached: FrBrittonHouse(Appointment7June2023_received14June2023)14June2023.docx.
In view of this I am under some doubt as to whether you passed on my email to Britton House; if you did you are not at fault but if you did not I wish to lodge a complaint to NHS England concerning KMPT.
If Britton House took a medical decision to retain my appointment as a telephone one as attached, clearly they are incompetent and negligent of the dire needs of a person who has been a mental patient for 20 plus years.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email immediately.
Yours sincerely

Dear KMPT PALS
I have an appointment with the Consultant Psychiatrist on 26 June 2023 as attached: FrBrittonHouse(Appointment7Juneletterreceived14June)14Jun2023.
Kindly bring the following to the attention of the Consultant Psychiatrist and request Britton House to convert the appointment to a Face-to-Face one as originally agreed with Issac. I need secondary care desperately as you will note from this morning's Communications to the Samaritans.
I need a comprehensive assessment from the Consultant Psychiatrist of my mental illness with a CARE PLAN to match the present diagnosis, not a telephone appointment. If this request cannot be met by Britton House I will go to my psychotherapist Jill Jesson even though it costs money for me to receive counselling from her.
Yours sincerely

Subject: Distress, depression and suicidal thoughts
Dear Jo
I telephoned ten minutes ago on 116 123 and spoke to a Volunteer, a male person telling him what a terrible state of mind I am in right now and that there was no way out for me in the complexities of my circumstances. I asked him to restore my email contact facility with the Samaritans that was discontinued for me transgression your stipulation that I must not copy the Samaritans into emails sent to third parties. I apologised to the Volunteer but told him that I cannot very easily talk on the phone and find it much easier to write out my thoughts that you know we have exchanged emails for over 5 years. So I asked if this facility can be restored in my present state of mind. Please consider it.
I was saying to the Volunteer that the police keep arresting me time and again for what they are now saying have been malicious communications but they would not specify what precisely I have sent for I cannot remember much of anything that I write to people and institutions. I just offload my mind spontaneously when the thoughts come to me and this is perhaps misunderstood by the Police as having malicious connotations. There is also the fact that I offload my mind in my websites which has caught the attention of trolls who have sent out criminal anonymous emails to me and my contacts to cause me anxieties and suicidal tendencies that I have in the past written to the Samaritans about.
Already as I write you can see that I am unpremeditated in communicating with people harbouring no aims, wishes, anticipations, expectations, hopes, missions and plans or objectives. Writing just clears my mind. The Police do not understand this and the Consultant Psychiatrist have not come across any patient with my mental disorders that they describe to be symptomatic of paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusional disorder with bipolar and depression as well as autistic tendency all encapsulated into what MEGAN CIC described to be Personality Disorder. My psychotherapist Jill Jesson says that I have a 'split mind'. These do not solve my anxieties and the counselling that I received from Jill have had temporary benefits.
That is why I need to communicate with the Samaritans to ease my mind and cope with life in a more positive frame and constructively towards a better future. My wife is supportive and we have a fine daughter that keep me going.
I am still embroiled in legal problems as Kent Police is considering charging me with the malicious communication offences and on a Speeding Offence I have not done anything wrong. I admitted that I was driving the car when the Police say that I went over the 50 mph limit on a dual carriageway and I opted for a Speed Awareness course as I had never had one and the Police told me that I was entitled to this option. So I paid my £92 Course fee and booked a course for the 11 January 2023, until Kent Police suddenly out of the blue cancelled the Course and gave me a fixed penalty notice. I did not wish to have points on my Driving Licence so thinking that Kent Police were wrong to cancel my Speed Awareness course pleaded Not guilty at the Magistrates Court. It has fixed a Trial on me for 10 November 2023 at 2 pm.
I do not know how other people cope with these sort of issues, but I am ultra-sensitive and vulnerable person, and have been so for 26 years: anything that happens I somehow react to it and maybe not in the best of ways. But I always state the truth and that is what causes problems because the normal thing to do is to lie and cheat and deceive others so as to get one's objectives met.
Whether you reply to this email. I have already benefitted from speaking to the Volunteer at the Samaritans this morning and in writing out my thoughts to you in following up that conversation.
Yours truly
Shantanu
