Dear Sir/Madam

In view of lack of information on what is required from me at the bail attendance of 18 June 2023, 5 pm at Medway Police Station, I have asked North Kent Magistrates Court to adjudicate as follows.

Secondly, there were two attempted phone calls from a Private Number at 12.00 noon and 12.16 pm today, the first of which left a Voicemail message from a gentleman from Kent Police asking if my wife Rashmi Panigrahi could call the person: She is out gardening. Her Mobile phone number is xxxxxxxxxxx and the landline number is xxxxxxxxxx should this person wish to speak with her.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir/Madam

This morning I was alerted by an attempted telephone call made to me that I did not answer as I did not recognise the sender number 0161 464 8477 sent at 10.19 thinking it was a Spam Caller.

When I considered this action from the State authorities in the context of the linked communications to the Court: Automatic Responses from North Kent Magistrates Court (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/automatic-responses-from-north-kent-magistrates-court

Emergency Judgment Application submitted: deadline 5 pm for reply from North Kent Magistrates Court (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/emergency-judgment-application-submitted-deadline-5-pm-for-reply-from-north-kent-magistrates-court

it was a strange communication. This is also confusing because I have just received a letter (unsigned) from Britton House confirming the arrangement that it says it has made for Dr Emmanuel Oranusi Consultant Psychiatrist to telephone me on Monday 26 June 2023 at 10.45;; which is further machination from the Community Mental Health Team in light of the fact that Issac of Britton House telephoned me last week and insisted to speak to my wife with whom it was agreed that it would be a face-to-face appointment and my wife will accompany me to Britton House as witness and back up the crimes that Kent Police has been guilty of committing against me in conspiracy as you will note from the linked correspondence: Visit to the International Criminal Court to monitor Review Letter - OTP-CR-76/22 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/visit-to-the-international-criminal-court-to-monitor-review-letter-otp-cr-76-22

I am therefore checking on the progress of the Trial Hearing as attached: LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov2023_2pm.pdf.

Please let me know if there are any outstanding proceedings in this regard today, as I need to know what is to happen about the Bail that I have not received any information on for 18 June 2023, 5 pm.

Yours sincerely
