Dear Sirs
1. Following the abrupt manner in which my Speed Awareness Course was cancelled by Kent County Council, and my £92 was supposed to have been returned to me but it has not appeared in my Barclays Bank Account, I just tried to have it rescheduled for an earlier date than 11 January 2023 that it was originally booked for, but on logging in the ndors system I found the letter 24 October 2022 (DriverDiversionOptons24Oct2022.pdf) that you sent me s no longer valid as the basis for negotiations as the Course displays as having been withdrawn in that I could not book the course again using the document sent to me..
2. Accordingly, please send me a fresh letter with all three options as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
