Dear Jo

1. Criminals have been terrorising me like this email I received overnight from someone calling herself Cherie:

Shan please do not even for one minute consider it.

Shan please do not even for one minute consider going in to a Secure Mental Hospital voluntarily. How can your wife even contemplate such a move? It is much worse if you put yourself into such a dreadful place, and in that scenario, there is a chance they will find a way to keep you there permanently or for a long time. I read your telling of the crimes planned against you by Doctor Michael Klingman. That could become a reality. You are much safer with your family. You must listen I am not able to trust your wife with your welfare, if she is not vetoing such destructive plans. If you provide a means for me to communicate with another close family member who is resident in England, it will be more useful. A phone number or an email address will be enough. Put it on your website somewhere, write it backwards for security, and I will ask Mr Mulhouse who has a curiosity to find it. Please devote efforts to preparing for June 21. The JIC will not permit you to do any of the things you appear to be planning. It will be short and its purpose, depriving you of as much money as possible as a deterrent. Phone RCJ and ask to speak to David Jenkins directly, because it is possible he knows much more about R35YM660 disposition than first appears to be true.

I got a strange email from possiblynotarealdoctor90@yahoo.com and I am so including them in this reply. I suspect it can be these people from conservative trolling club so let them have an idea that this is not a laughing matter. You do know it is easy for you to get the sender from that yahoo email address traced, either by the police or via a solicitor? Oath are not reluctant to co-operate in cyberstalking investigation.

~~~Cherie
2. Please help me, I am not mentally ill, I do not belong in a mental hospital. I am sanest person who lives. I do not need mental health medications. But I am sensitive to intrusions into my privacy. I react to them. This is what the Consultant Psychiatrists and Dr Mawanche do not understand. It has been like this for 23 years, during which I have struggled to protect my reputation of dealing with criminals in my own way, namely to bring them to the Court of Public Opinion. This is because criminals like Cherie and the rest are protected by the Police, who do not take any notice of such hate crimes. The Court of Central London has no jurisdiction over this matter. It belongs in the High Court Queens Bench Division, where HQ17X01773 is lodged. This is because the Central London County Court refused to allocate a Circuit Judge to preside over the permission to Appeal the 14 January 2020 Order and the subsequent Orders of Her Honour Judge Backhous, Judge Letham and Judge Parfitt, despite all my efforts. These criminal court officials were reported to Kent Police and it did nothing. So, I wait and see what will happen.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
Hi Shantanu
I am really sorry but the way your email has come through its difficult to know what was part the letter to the surgery and what is part of the email from you so I apologise if I have mis-interpreted your email to us.
We are obviously here to emotionally support you during this period and it sounds like you are upset about the appointment - is that correct.
You've also mentioned about resuming your medication was that something you have asked your surgery about?
Jo
Hello Shantanu
As our previous email indicates, it is difficult to see which aspect is directed at Samaritans.
You are clearly in a very difficult and distressing situation but we are unable to comment on the legal or medical issues addressed in the letters and emails as we have no knowledge or expertise in these areas.
We are happy to support you emotionally and to help you talk through the feelings that this unhappy situation must be generating.
Jo
