I have formulated, as Claimant, my assessment of the dispute as attached: CHICKENS COMING HOME TO ROOST.pdf

Please let me have a summary of the decision of Kent Police in this matter under Freedom of Information Right, especially If it has been decided that the matter will not go to a Magistrate so that I can adhere to the booked Speed Awareness Course of 11 January 2022 for which I have paid the £92 Fee.

Your urgent reply is required so that I have time to judge the legal implications of the interventions of the Attorney General and my Member of Parliament/Home Office Ministers in this matter.

Yours sincerely

Thank you for contacting the Attorney General’s Office (AGO).

Please note the Attorney General provides legal advice to the government and is unable to give legal advice, assistance or support to individuals. The Attorney General does not have investigatory powers.
