Dear HM Courts and Tribunals Service,
I urgently require an UpToDate information that sets out the resolution of the legal proceedings that were processed by HMCTS at Employment Tribunals, and Civil and Criminal courts of the United Kingdom under the referred to Case Numbers.’’ Your request is being handled under the FOIA. The MoJ is required under section 10(1) of the FOIA to provide you with a response within 20 working days. Therefore, we aim to provide you a response to your request by 28 October 2022.
