Before I go on to the substance of the Harassment matter that you allege that I am guilty of unless I have misunderstood the Chief Constable's position as to whether the matter of 24 November 2021 attached (NorthKentPoliceReleasewithoutbail.pdf) has been referred to the Crown Prosecution Service to consider or summons have been issued on me that I have not yet received in the post or email, I do apologise if I did not ask your consent in publishing all my Blog posts that provide running commentaries to whom it may concern and especially the 200 odd co-conspirators to the Defendant Mr Alan Pughesley QPM, the Chief Constable of Kent Police who you wioll now agree must be served the Notice of Appeal on J00ME372 by Medway County Court. If there are materials in my blogsites and books that you can peruse through from the following websites SHANTANUPANIGRAHI CURRENT WEBSITES PLATFORM.docx, kindly identify the offending material so that I can take steps to delete these from the public domain of the Court of Public Opinion. I hope this action will comply with your demands.
You mention that there is the possibility of going to the High Court to obtain an order for dizum,com and other servers eg Nomen Nescio and Remailer(Austria) hosting anonymous emailers who disrupt the law processes of the State as outlined in my Defence Statement to Kent Police: DEFENCE STATEMENT ON HARASSMENT OFFENCE.docx and in this regard to compel the identities of members of VOPA (the so-called Victims of Panigrahi Association) including Marty Caine, Fritz Wuehler, Cherie Sivaji Panesar and Nitin Bhardwaj that I believe are not their real names, before taking any other steps towards a resolution of the Pre-Action Protocol.
If you agree to this course of action, please reply immediately. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to continue blogging and writing the materials received by me in emails that I consider Harassment on me of an organised nature Hate Crime against me as religious persecution for being a Hindu.
