Hello SHANTANU PANIGRAHI
Thank you for contacting HMRC.
There are no identifiers on the email you sent into us. So I am unable to check the record, however I can advise the following:
If you are unable to continue to file with HMRC using the 'Resume' button after filing accounts successfully to Companies House, as a joint filing submission, it may be that your responses to certain eligibility criteria questions don't match the HMRC service filing limits.
On the ‘about the company’ page, you will have seen and responded to these questions:
Was the turnover £632k or less?
Was the balance sheet total £316k or less?
Did the company have an average of 10 or fewer employees during the period?
If you responded ‘No’ to the turnover question (perhaps in error), this will now prevent you from continuing to file with HMRC, as HMRC has a £632k turnover limit for the service.
If you are still unable to resume the joint filing return, you will need to start a new return for HMRC. To start a new return you will need to go to the 'Track your submissions' page and select the 'Create a new submission' button.
If you have already filed accounts with Companies House for this period please select the 'HMRC Only' filing option on the 'Choose your filing type' page.
If further assistance is required please send in a screen shot of the 'Track your submissions' page and provide the company identifiers, i.e. Company Registration Number an company name.
Kind regards
Di
