Overnight I received an email that at first I thought was a criminal anonymous emails but in order to investigate it further as to whether in fact it is the State's procedures in stabilising society, posted the correspondence in my Daily Bulletin Forum for discussion as linked here:

Since I have not received the official Case Number from the Court of Appeal, am I to consider that what has been surmised by me here is an accurate representation of the facts as it relates to the Constitution of the United Kingdom unwritten as it is?
Some while ago I had asked the Supreme Court for immediate institution of proceedings relating to Constitutional Law as it relates to civil and criminal proceedings in litigation and in Defence when the two are conflated by the very nature of attack and defence as to whether defence is the best form of attack or attack is the best form of defence, my view being is that litigation is the best form of Defence in warfare (dharmayudha in Hindu parlance). I am therefore copying this email to the Supreme Court for re-assessment.
I should be grateful if you would clarify.
