I did complain to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman as you see here. I said to you once that Olive Solicitors are fired for poor service then several weeks of emailing you and telephoning you and finding that there was no information coming to me from Kent Police through Olives Solicitors I terminated our relationship but as I was and still am desperate for legal representation at the voluntary interview and especially at Sunday 18 June 2023's bail Meeting at Medway Police Station and any subsequent Court Hearing for my Trial on 10 November 2023, 2 pm at Medway Magistrates Court, I wrote to you that I had attempted to restore our relationship as client and law firm. OLIVES Solicitors did not reply to me just as it did not reply any of the dozen emails that I sent you.
I thought and made clear to the Solicitors Regulation Authority that the problems I encountered was structural in the way the Duty Solicitor Scheme of the government operates.
Could you let me have your side of the story.
