The Social Media Company Instagram has been harassing me for a few months with unwarranted emails that I referred to the Court of Appeal under Case No CA-2023-000750 and to my then Solicitors Olives Solicitors as linked here:
Unfortunately, the Company persists with its deceitful attacks on me and does not respond to me with direct replies as you will note below:
Meanwhile I received the linked communication from the Independent Office for Police Conduct which was bizarre as I never sent the IOPC any abusive emails and yet it has restricted my communications to the institution except by post which is not an option for me in the 21st Century: IOPC Reference - 2022/173746 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/iopc-reference-2022-173746-2.
I also attempted to find yet another Law Firm to see if it would represent me in this matter, as linked here:IOPC Reference - 2022/173746 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/iopc-reference-2022-173746-3 : Talbot Law's response to this enquiry is awaited by me that Kent Police should be aware of.
In the meantime should there be any further progress in Kent Police's investigations of alleged stalking and malicious communications for which I am a suspect bailed to appear next at Medway Police Station on 28 September 2023, 16.00 hours and on 10 October 2023 also at 16.00 hours, please let me know, bearing in mind that I shall be unavailable from 14 September 2023 to 22 September 2023 as we are going on a family holiday to Turkey between these dates.
