With your assurance, I will not resign from the Liberal Democrats Party. It is the most appropriate political party to be in for me and I will play a constructive role at a local level as well as regional and national levels if I am called upon to share my experiences of navigating the Constitution of the United Kingdom over the past 25 years. I feel that all progress will be slow but if we have a methodical approach to developing the way our legal system works then it will be in everyone's interests. I am an immigrant from India who came to the United Kingdom as a 15 year old boy and am indebted to the Establishment for all the opportunities that it has provided me to be a better person and develop myself and society through the democratic process only. I'm not sure if you are aware, but one of our members is the President of the Liberal Democrats Lawyers Association and a leading light in Rights, Liberties, Justice group, so I think that he is best placed to look at your points also. Do you mind if I send this email over to him to read?
For me, I am unhappy about many aspects of our society and recognise that the Liberal Democrats do not hold to all my views, but I believe strongly that acting at a local level can help people considerably in their daily lives and that's why I mainly focus on the local level and then seek to make changes at national level where I can.

I had been quite disillusioned with the politics of the United Kingdom and had tentatively offered my resignation from the Liberal Democrats and Liberty organisation; see link here: My New Liberal Democrats Membership No: 22071144662 (thelibertariandemocrats.com). https://www.thelibertariandemocrats.com/post/my-new-liberal-democrats-membership-no-22071144662-1 But I heard nothing. The full reason is that there is no justice system worth its name in the United Kingdom where the courts do not act in litigations and private prosecutions and the State finally tries to get a person labelled as a Vexatious Litigant with other associated sanctions placed on him: see THE ATTORNEY GENERAL DECIDES-digital.pdf.
When I did not receive a reply to my concerns on such matters from the Liberal Democrats hierarchy, I decided that I should just live out the rest of my life in the seclusion of my home here in Kent given the reasons that you will read on personal circumstances in the above book.
But I am of the view that one must make a last ditch effort to rectify the shortcomings of the Constitution of the United Kingdom and this can only be done with your agreement through the democratic process. So I would agree if you would consider these matters and reply back to me so that I can then decide whether I wish to be place on Peter Raines mailing list so that you can contact me officially from the Liberal Democrats Party.
