Kent Police

Dear Sirs

After due investigation that involved communications with the CCMCC and the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom as well as the Samaritans that failed to validate the diriections implicit in the attached email that I received anonymously FrShanPanigrahi(CAE)MedicalCentres21Sep2022, I am now treating this as an the result of a trolling activity from unkonwn persons.

As such my natter of the interrogation and arrest of 16 September 2021 and 24 November 2021 must be dealt with by Kent Police, FrNorthKentPoliceRealeasewithoutbail.pdf.

If the matter is indeed closed, I need confirmation immediately so that I can get on with the rest of my life freely.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Legal Notice Before An Action

Given by

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Date of Birth January 15 1957

NHS Number 6284771487

Hospital Number R570808AD

National Insurance Number YZ330724D

British Passport Number 522465108

Naturalisation Date April 1 1984

NO-CONTACT ORDER as endorsed by Judge Harvey

Dear Addressees

Because of your repeated failures to respond to me in a timely manner, I hereby and irrevocably revoke under data protection legislation all your rights to contact me using any means, letter,

post, email, legally-invalid text-SMS, etc.

I hereby and permanently disengage from your practice and your stewardships. Never, ever contact me again. Remove me immediately from your practice patient list and your surgery referral lists

and notify everyone, including Britton House, who might contact me because of my past interactions with Kent and Medway NHS. I want nothing more to do with you kahinke bastards and trolls.

Ms Lois Derham of your legal department was notified already but then she mysteriously disappeared from the scene, abducted probably by an alien.

Do not even acknowledge receipt of this letter of termination or there will be appalling if unpremeditated buccaneering consequences for you both legal through civil proceedings and

criminal prosecutions and extralegal, professionally and personally, at work and at home.

Never contact me or respond to me again, even if I relent or change my mind and get in touch with you. You are madarchod janbhosadiwale and I will smash your gobar-brains to pieces without even thinking or hesitatating. You did me immense harm with your nonchalant and lackadaisical wrong diagnoses everchanging medications when I am the sanest person who has ever walked this planet called earth. You have ruined my life and are unworthy to even live.

I will make my own private arrangements for health care now that I have been notified of the date when I can expect to receive the £3.5 million I am owed by the government including the University

of Greenwich.

I will charge you the Nuisance Fee of £ 2,500 for every further attempt you, including any branch or division or sector of the NHS, make to communicate with me, whatever the method.

Is that all clearly understood, or do I need to apply gaand-me-danda to you, deeply and swivelling?

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
