Thank you for your Voicemail message twenty minutes ago. I had jumped the gun somewhat in considering whether to cancel or postpone this afternoon's appointment with someone at the Firm at 2.00, as you will read from my communication to the Samaritans with whom I am in constant contact being a mental patient of Britton House, Gillingham, Kent: ToSamaritans(Assigned Support)16Oct2023.docx.
I had the following information exchange from Jasbir: the areas of law that you cover at the Gillingham office and she said it was housing, family, criminal defence, civil litigation, personal injury employment and divorce.
I also needed to know if you have a Fee for an initial consultation or is that not necessary now that you have agreed to take instructions from me based on the communications that I sent your Head Office in London?

Hello Jo
I need my mind to proceed smoothly but uncertainties in the legal front disrupts the mind. For example I know the Judges at the Kings Bench Division of the High Court and the Magistrates may not work at weekends or their Duty Judges and Magistrates may not have me on a high priority list, but this morning I did wish to receive something from either of these two bodies to let me know if there are any proceedings outstanding at these institutions with me either as a Clamant for £10 million in damages and compensation from the UK Treasury for the 26 years of police brutality, terrorism, victimisation, persecution, obstruction of justice and perverting the course of justice or as Defendant. The whole morning went by and not a word came. I consulted a Law Firm with two emails to see where this might be going to but it did not reply to my emails. I have made an appointment with Gordon and Thompson Solicitors at 59 Green Street Gillingham, Kent for 2.00 pm but my wife is angry about it for it will drain more money out of our savings for one thing, and another thing that I have just talked to her about is that what more can the solicitor tell the court on the stalking/harassment speeding and malicious communication matters that I cannot tell the Court if I have not already done so. So I will most likely not go to today's appointment with the law firm. Just wait and see what happens next.
This is the way we run our home, my wife and I, always discussing what is best for me in view of my mental disorders and her planning the household in detail. If you have objectives, aims, missions, hopes, anticipations, expectations, desires and wishes, that is not conducive to mental peace and stability. The most important thing is to survive to see the family through to the end of our lives here in the United Kingdom, interspersed by holidays like the ones we had in Greece, Fuerteventura, Turkey and now the one coming up in India that will give us the opportunity to see our wider families and other friends and relatives.
Although I have claimed substantial amounts of damages and compensation for what I have endured or should I say we as a family have endured here in the United Kingdom, money does not buy happiness. We are managing our affairs and trundling on. I have my pensions, my wife is earning as a Higher Administrative Officer in the Civil Service, and we have some reserves to fall back on for a rainy day.
