Dear Sirs
1. Further to my clarification provided on PROCEEDS OF THE EFFORT.pdf this afternoon of an international conspiracy against me to terrorise, bully, intimidate me, persecute me and victimise me, please note below the correspondence from the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. I had never sent this Anita Eastham an email today so that she is either lying or some kind of criminal anonymous email could have been sent to her by Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) deliberately to trap me into legal difficulties which knowingly or unknowingly she has referred to here. That is for Kent Police to judge in relation to the attached query: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/forum/general-discussion/will-dr-shantanu-panigrahi-now-be-awarded-damages-and-compensation
2. Please let me know if an Incident Number has been applied to this Hate Crime, or a Crime Reference Number that I need for legal purposes.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Dear Dr Panigrahi
The case I am dealing with is regarding your complaint about Kent and Medway NHS Trust only. I have requested you complete the NHS complaints form if you wish to bring your NHS complaint to our organisation for further consideration.
If I could kindly request that in the future please contact phso.enquiries@ombudsman.org.uk quoting your reference number and your correspondence will be assigned to the most appropriate person. I know you have contacted me directly today and whilst I am always happy to help, if I was out of the office, I would not want your email to not be picked up or forwarded on, in my absence.
Yours Sincerely
Anita Eastham
