1. I am forced to write to you because I cannot get any information out of Kent Police on the attached proceedings: ToKentPolice(Interrogation&ArrestMatter)24Sep2022; ToLawSuperstore24Sep2022.docx relating to the linked tentative defence that I am unrepresented on:

In the eventuality that it has now been referred to the Crown Prosecution Service for consideration which seems a likely explanation, I would like to see the charge sheet immediately.
2. Furthermore, I would like the matter to go before a Magistrate at Medway Magistrates Court that I do not have far to travel to for the preliminary Hearing on account of my paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusional disorder.
