With reference to your request on this Appeal: 'Please provide the copy of the order you are seeking to appeal dated 15.04.2023' the Order dated 15.04 2003 from Medway County Court under Claim J00ME572 has still not been issued to me. I only have an implicit decision to go by when the request for the latest or any Order under this Claim was not responded to by the Court such that there there have been no previous Orders from this Court in relation to the attached Notice of Issue: Document_2022-05-13_152026.pdf.
I trust this information will be sufficient to assess jurisdiction.
