I am not sure about the legal situation: it was my right to submit to Parliament an application for Public Enquiry on the Judicial and Law Enforcement Systems of the United Kingdom to determine: whether fascist elements are prevalent and widespread in their disposal of Judicial and Law Enforcement matters of the State of the United Kingdom; or it could be that the State is organised by a fascist Establishment treating the subjects as a nation of morons in a Police State; based on what I have experienced over 26 years.
If the matter is being dealt with under a Public Enquiry in Parliament now, the Courts cannot interfere in the process and would have no choice but to adjourn any proceedings pending for or against me.
Who surfaces next on to me will determine where the proceedings are right now, whether at Kent Police, or at North Kent Magistrates Court or in Parliament.
i am going to wait to find out; as they say curiosity killed the cat.
The medical problems are also not clear and I will not question my GP again as to what it has done on my last eConsultation to have a diagnosis review. I have got all my medications for the trip to Turkey, then I will be back in time to attend the Bail appointment of 28 September 2023,1600 hours at Medway Police Station and will find out if the Bail has been extended or terminated and if so whether I have been charged. Then there is the 10 October 2023 Bail appointment also at 1600 hours that legally I cannot also avoid for neither the North Kent Magistrates Court, nor the Office of Police Commissioner has sent me a report on its unjust and intolerable nature.
By playing a waiting game, I will corner Kent Police to show its hands in the two Bail dates as to what is happening on the legalities and also the medical aspects of the Case.
The truth-path is therefore quite simple to follow: if one has attained the Self (Brahman) state of mind.
