Dear Ms Stockin

I am afraid your email had ended up in my Spam folder and I only got to see it this evening. Nevertheless in the interests of justice, I am bound to request the Legal Ombudsman for a Summary of all the lawyers/lawfirms that I brought to your attention most recently Lauren Cullen of Slater & Gordon Solicitors that I did not receive a reply to from your office. I need this correspondence to accumulate the evidence that is required for Claim J00ME372 at Medway County Court, notwithstanding your view that you are not a Defendant named in the Claim Form. I have already requested Medway County Court for a 4 month extension of time needed for my Full Particulars of Claim to be submitted and this will largely be based on the correspondence that I have had with the Legal Ombudsman over the past decade. To that I would add EMB Solicitors that did not reply or answer the telephone in relation to the attached email that I sent the Firm:

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SERVICE NOT RECEIVED BY ME2 Yahoo / Sent Shantanu Panigrahi <shantanupanigrahi@yahoo.com> To: ...

If the Legal Ombudsman has archived the previous referrals of lawyers brought to the Ombudsman, I can look through my shanpanigrahi@yahoo.co.uk email account and try and dig these up to jog your memories of where I was totally dissatisfied with the manner in which you dealt with my complaints against the Law Firms.

With your response, I am determined that this matter will be resolved in Medway County Court no matter how long it takes for me to assemble the Full Particulars of Claim. This is because I have not yet received an apology from Kent Police for the wanton manner in which it investigated me and then arrested me on 24 November 2022 that Ms Lauren Cullen of Slater and Gordon was supposed to be dealing with. I have also copied this email to some of the other lawyers that were either investigated by the Legal Ombudsman or should now be investigated as a matter of urgency. These are embsolicirors, ots solictors, Wai Leung solicitors becketts solicotors.

I look forward to your reply as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely

Subject: Fw: Kent Police's intention to settle this Claim out of Court

Dear Sirs

Although the attached proceedings do not individually name any of you, as the implicit co-conspirators against me over the past 24 years, you will be individually required to produce your defence to the Court against the allegations in the Claim Form.

If you have any queries as to the nature of my allegations that I need to elaborate on in the Particulars of Claim that will follow in due course, kindly acknowledge service of the proceedings.

Yours sincerely

Subject: Kent Police's intention to settle this Claim out of Court

To

The Chief Constable of Kent Police, Hugh Pughesley

Kent Police

Dear Sir

I am anticipating considerable upheavals for all parties involved in this dispute that the Chief Constable has been served Notice of Issue on as attached: Document_2022-05-13_152026.pdf, with its amendment n1-eng KentPolice UpdateMay2022.pdf so before the Notice of Issue is officially deemed to have been served on Kent Police that will entail follow-up actions for both the Claimant and Defendant, I am hereby enquiring whether Kent Police will be amenable to a Meeting to discuss this matter out of court with a view to settlement out of court.

I have never ever been truly interested in damages and compensation, just what is lawfully mine, and in this regard the £55,000 severance payment due to me by the University of Greenwich for what I consider grossly unfair disciplinary procedures causing me defamation stands out, togeher with the issue of the return of our IT property taken away by Kent Police on 24 November 2021 for forensic examination. I do understand that the Police have a job to do, but I have protested my innocence emphatically unless Kent Police can produce to me new evidence that I do not currently have access to.

If I do not receive a reply from Kent Police before 10.00 am tomorrow 16 May 2022, I will await your decision as to whether Kent Police is going to issue an Acknowledgement of Service with will extend the period of time for your provide your reply in defence to the Court, or whether the Chief Constable will directly submit Kent Police's final reply before 30 May 2022 that is required by the Notice of Issue.

If no response whatsoever is received by me by 30 May 2022 to this email, I will apply for Judgment on 1 June 2022, In case of this eventuality, I am hereby requesting Medway County Court to inform me of the further Court Fee I would have to pay for Judgment to be entered.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Legal Ombudsman

Thank you for your email

We are currently dealing with a high volume of enquiries.

If you already have a case with us, we will add your email to the file. A colleague will be in touch with you just as soon as they review your email.

If you are contacting us for the first time about a complaint, please be aware that it could be at least six weeks before you hear from us, and at that stage, we may need to ask you for more information. We thank you for your patience and would like to reassure you that our teams are working very hard to review and respond to your email as quickly as possible.

Once we have confirmed that we have all the information we need, we will write to you to let you know that we have passed your case for formal assessment by an investigator.

Please be aware that there is a considerable wait for a case to be assessed by an investigator, which varies depending on the complexity of the case. More information about the wait times will be included in the letter we send to you at the time the case is added to a queue and can also be found on our website.

If you have concerns about the wait times and feel they may detrimentally impact on you or your case, for example, because of a financial hardship or serious health concern, please let us know.

Have you complained to your service provider?

We can only investigate a complaint once the service provider has had the chance to investigate it and respond. This means you need to make a formal complaint to them first. You can find further information on our website about how to complain to your service provider, including a template complaint letter.

How to complain to us

If you have already complained to your service provider and have not received a satisfactory response, then we might be able to help. The easiest way to check if we can help you is to use our complaint checker tool on our website. Alternatively, you can send us a completed complaint form, which is available to download from our website.

We will need your completed complaint form, along with a copy of your complaint to the service provider and copies of any responses you have received from them. Please only send us copies and not original documents. You should be aware that we are also unable to accept documents from an online document storage facility such as Dropbox. Do not send us any other information until we request it.

If you need to write to us, our address is:

Legal Ombudsman

PO Box 6806

Wolverhampton

WV1 9WJ

Telephone number 0300 555 0333.

We are open from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Calls may be recorded and used for training and monitoring purposes.

Have we let you know we have passed your case for assessment?

If we have already let you know your case is awaiting assessment by an investigator, you do not need to do anything further at this stage. An investigator will contact you when they start working on the complaint. Please note that you may be waiting a considerable time before your case will be passed to an investigator. The letter we have sent to you should provide you with more specific information about these timescales. We also aim update you every three months.
