I understand that the £92 that I paid Kent County Council for the Speed Awareness Course has been retained and I am now booked on a Healthy Living Course from 11 January 2023 so would need to be booked into another Speed Awareness Course before the expiry of the time limit for attendance at the Course.
I had sought a Judicial Review of the matter along with the issues surrounding the 24 November 2021 and 23 November 2022 arrest matters that I contend that I am innocent on so I felt this would be in both the interests of Kent Police and myself in order to tidy up outstanding issues, but perhaps this judicial review has not been granted. Whether the decision is due to the Restraining Order placed on me by the Attorney General or whether it is to do with lack of judicial justification is unclear.
Be that as it may, what do we do now Sirs? The Speeding Offence is not contested by me and it would be appropriate in the interest of preserving the rule of law that I should be penalised in whatever is decided as being the right course of action for the State of the United Kingdom.
I am ready at your disposal to receive clarification of these matters as soon as possible. A fresh document by email or in the post should be sent to me with the options that Kent Police requires me to consider in these matters, If this is the Fine that I have to pay for the Speeding Offence, so be it.
On the arrest matters kindly therefore also state whether there are any legal proceedings pending consideration by Kent Police and if not when we might receive the £1800 that we need for the replacement value of the seized computer devices from 24 November 2021, or the items themselves if they are still in working order.
