I am sorry that my application for a Emergency Judgment followed days later by another application for Summary Judgment was not granted by the Court as linked here: App pack - SRA2004523 Dr Shantanui Panigrahi v Solicitors Regulation Authority (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/app-pack-sra2004523-dr-shantanui-panigrahi-v-solicitors-regulation-authority-2.This meant to me that the Hearing of Trial for 10 November 2023 at 2 pm is unchanged as attached: LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov2023_2pm.pdf
I was bewildered therefore that the Legal Ombudsman chose to send me an email as I waited for the 5.00 pm that the Court could have replied to me by yesterday as linked here: Legal Ombudsman File Reference:  F155593 ERef:00022204829 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/legal-ombudsman-file-reference-f155593-eref-00022204829
in connection to my original complaint lodged on 1 May 2023 at 9.21 am as attached: ToLegalOmbudsmanSolicitorsRegulationAuthority(COMPLAINT AGAINST OLIVES SOLICITORS1May2023.docx.
Nevertheless, I responded to the receipt of this manipulative intervention from the Legal Ombudsman with the following communication to Olives Solicitors as linked here: Legal Ombudsman File Reference:  F155593 ERef:000222048292 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/legal-ombudsman-file-reference-f155593-eref-000222048292 and subsequently attempted to have the matter clarified with the following email to the Legal Ombudsman copied to Kent Police, as attached: ToLegalOmbudsmanccKentPolice(Olives Solicitors Form Filling)16Jun2023.docx.
No replies have been received by me from Olives Solicitors, Kent Police or the Legal Ombudsman thus far as I prepare to go to Medway Police Station for the bail hearing tomorrow Sunday 18 June 2023 to see what is in store.
As I mentioned to Your Honour my suspicion was that there was a State-organised conspiracy against me to set up a kangaroo court in North Kent Magistrates Court on false allegations of offences that I am totally innocent of, but come what may, I am determined to have my day in Court and unless Your Honour steps in to see that justice is done sooner, I will attend the Medway Magistrates Court on the currently-valid Trial date of 10 November 2023, 2 pm.

I received the attached letter on the 21st of April out of the blue from Olives Solicitors because I had never instructed them to act on my behalf but since Solicitors are difficult for me to obtain, I cooperated with 6-7 emails sent to Ravina without a response, even though I complied fully with the requirements by updating the Firm.
It was highly suspicious for me that the 19 April 2023 letter from Olives Solicitors would be sent to me after three weeks of my arrest of 28 March 2023, and reaching me a day after I was re-arrested by Kent Police on 20 April 2023 on further assessment of malicious communications and blogs that I had published, so that Phillippa Beswick did not attend the interview in the custody on this arrest to supervise the proceedings. Another Duty Solicitor was engaged by Kent Police. I asked Kent Police to give me the name and contact details of the latest Duty Solicitor who would be familiar with the background to the Case so that duplication is avoided, but Kent Police did not respond.
It is quite apparent to me that Olives Solicitors were harnessed by Kent Police to pervert the course of justice in this matter, and so I wish to complain to the Legal Ombudsman and or the Solicitors Regulation Authority given that I had fired Olives Solicitors a few days ago that it did not reply to so to probe them further this morning I requested the Firm for an update by email
This is just to register the fact that I have now formally dismissed Olives Solicitors from having anything to do with my Case pending your deliberations on the criminality that it has been engaged in with me as a Hate Crime in complicity with Kent Police.
