Dear Sirs
Justice is a universal human right, not something to be toyed with for political or structural expediency to do with the Constitution of the State that we live under. The most pristine level of truth is justice and a State has to be formulated to ensure that across the board in civil and criminal cases efforts must go in to ensure that truth is upheld no matter the cost in terms of time and arrangements in the court procedures.
As the President of The Conservative Libertarian Society (https://theconservativelibertariansociety.com) I reserve the right to campaign towards this end for the rest of my days as I love the United Kingdom and wish to contribute rather than criticise just for the sake of criticism.
As such I require legitimacy to progress the work of The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited which has come under political attack to undermine the work of the Society.
i have not been charged with any offences of stalking and malicious communications as things stand although it would appear that I am held on Bail until 15 March 2024 to appear in Medway Police Station on the latter alleged offence that I am a suspect on.
Neither the circumstances of the Katrina Sale stalking matter since it first erupted and I was asked for a voluntary interview by PC Nichols on 16 September 2021, and subsequently arrested on two occasions for the same thing nor the malicious communications matter is going to go away. The full reasons why I was not charged must be explained for I know that I had nothing to do with any of the individual emails to Katrina Sale that I was interrogated on. Similarly, all the details of who sent out obnoxious emails that were described as malicious communications for which I was again the only suspect arrested and held on Bail will have to be released by Kent Police (educational establishments, Independent Office for Police Conduct, bp, staff of BLM Law, Samaritans, Ms Gwilt of the Solicitors Regulation Authority) not just for me to be able to defend myself adequately in a court of law if it comes to that, but to change the processes of the State of the United Kingdom so that no one else will suffer like I have not just over the past 5 years but the whole of the 26 years of persecution since I was unceremoniously dismissed from service from the University of Greenwich without my redundancy money of £55,000.
A citizen whose reputation is being maligned by the Police Force as mine was must be able to injunct the Chief Constable as I attempted to do in the spring of 2022 to stop the Hate crime against him at an early date, and Medway County Court must explain why this was not implemented in my case to extend my suffering if it was not politically-motivated act of terror against me.
In other words the truth must come out for which the Freedom of Information Act will have to be dismantled and a new system put in place so that the Police Forces cannot hide their criminality against an individual or its sheer incompetence, or worse being the agent of persecution from higher powers of the State that I feel has been the case must be discussed openly.
Yours sincerely
