Dear Sirs
My life is on hold from the possibility that this Injunction and Money Claims matter has seemingly been put on hold by the Central London County Court and Medway County Court. There is no explicit Order that the proceedings are adjourned to my knowledge; I am just reading between the lines.
Whether of not it is adjourned indefinitely, we need our desk-top computer and associated IT devices back and all my Biometrics Data such as finger prints and DNA samples taken during the day that I was held in Custody at North Kent Police Station on 24 November 2021 to be erased from the records and destroyed immediately.
Your immediate reply would be greatly appreciated.
