2. If the Institute for Government will not act on this matter that is submitted for a pre-screening exercise for a Public Enquiry on my case through an independent institution of the State, that is fine by me. But I need to know your decision on this rather than be kept hanging on an unsustainable hope that something positive will materialise; and in order that I can seek alternative means of accessing justice given that I need to make a decision on whether to meet the conditions of the bail that are imposed on me by Kent Police for which I am required to attend Medway Police Station on 18 June 2023 at 5 pm.

3. If I do not receive a considered reply from you to this email by 5 pm today, the 30 of May 2023, please consider my communications to the Institute for Government redundant.
