Dear Sirs
1. In the absence of any reply from Kent Police to my email of Sat, 24 Dec at 15:53 hours to these two email addresses, I telephoned Kent Police on 101 just now to enquire what my responsibilities/liabilities to discharge the vile allegations in respect of the two matters on which I was interrogated in the Police Station and subsequently arrested on 24 November 2021 an on apparently on a different matter relating to the University of Greenwich malicious communication on 23 November 2022, and I was told by PC Durrant in the Control Room that whereas the second issue of kENT pPOLICE CHARGE REFUSED.pdf from which our laptop, Mobile phone and USB Memory stick seized by Kent Police were returned and this issue was now closed; the former matter (NorthKentPoliceReleasewithoutbail.pdf) is still 'live' and the desk-top computer, Amazon Fire, USB Memory Stick and Mobile phone taken from us will continue to be held indefinitely until DC Field the officer appointed as the investigator completes her investigation.
2. The issues of these two arrest matters are conflated with the uncontested Speeding Offence of 5th October 2022 that I am awaiting clarification on as to what has been decided by the Single Point of Justice at the Driver Diversion Unit of Kent Police as to whether I should be allowed to attend the Speed Awareness Course or meet the Conditional Fixed Penalty with or without 3 points on my driving licence.
3. I would be grateful if you would let me have a single Crime Reference Number under which these three issues have been handled and are currently being considered by Kent Police, or separate crime numbers if that is more appropriate so that I can seek legal advice and representation immediately.
