1. I am not sure if Companies House is aware that the publications of the Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited have been suspended by Lulu Publications after 88 eBooks and 88 print books were on sale and all the data including accounts contained in a desktop, a laptop and two USB Memory Sticks since 24 November 2021 o date have been seized by Kent Police for its investigations of alleged malicious communications emanating from emails received apparently by Katrina Sale of the Conservative and Unionist Party, BLM Law and BP (British Petroleum) for Police investigations. These investigations seem unending, and I am the prime suspect from all accounts: see attached NorthKentPoliceReleasewithoutBail.pdf; kENTpOLICE CHARGE REFUSED sHANTANU pANIGRAHI.pdf.
2. The Company has currently therefore frozen its work and is disbanded pending the results of the International Criminal Court's investigation who currently have possession of all the documentary evidence relating to this matter so that you should approach the International Criminal Court for its response.: Court Reference No: Information Received - Review Letter - OTP-CR-76/22. 3. As such as the sole Director of the company, no accounts will be filed to Companies House or HMRC until the seized devices are returned to 3 Hoath Lane Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent ME8 0SL.
4. Please let me know the procedure to follow to have this fraud to the undermine the Company investigated by Companies House
5. I trust I have obeyed all the requirements needed by the Companies House and HMRC as Director of the Company, but if there is anything further required from me please let me know without delay.
