Dear Sirs
I am truly very sorry for resisting what I saw was oppression on me by the Kent Police and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and issuing legal proceedings in the civil and criminal courts not knowing what the Constitution states. This I only just realised as attached: Conclusive Evidence.docx.
Please forgive me for having wasted Police time and Resources in complaining under Your Complaint No CO/999/23. It has been very recently diagnosed by the Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Oranusi that I suffer from paranoid schizophrenia for which he has given me the attached Care Plan going forwards: FrBrittonHouse(CarePlanfromEmmanuelOranusi)29April2024. I will be fully compliant with my changed medications and continue with my psychotherapeutic Sessions with Jill Jesson of Vitali-Chi.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

In the United Kingdom, it is proven that the Police are in charge of the country and they are above the law, for them there is no law: they do as they please since their decisions cannot be questioned by a Judge on criminal matters. Only when there is a Jury Trial can there be some semblance of justice against a person charged with offences, but the vast majority of alleged offences get rubber stamped by Magistrates in the Magistrates Court, or the Crown Court. The citizen cannot undertake any private prosecution against the Police in a Court of law, and the citizen cannot undertake any civil or criminal proceedings against the Prime Minister. This is why the author concludes that both the Prime Minister and the Police are secretively protected from such proceedings by the Monarch of the nation.

Review:
It was nice seeing Mr Panigrahi in company of his wife in my clinic at Britton House on the 22nd of April, 2024. He reported that he is almost always anxious and agitated. He continues to be paranoid, believes people are out to harm him. His wife tells me that he misinterprets things and believes much in conspiracy theories. He is worried that we are planning to discharge him back to GP. He was reassured when I told him that we have no plan to do that at the moment. His wife hinted that she had to come with him, otherwise he would not have come on his own as he believed that something bad would happen to him. He believes that people are terrorizing him. He informed me that his case with the police is settled and that he has no case to answer. He is compliant with meds and appears to be willing to continue taking treatment from us. He no longer believes that his schizophrenia has been cured. He has had about 7 sessions of psychotherapy privately and not sure whether it was helpful or not.
He lives with his wife and daughter and is unemployed. He smokes about 15 cigarettes a day, says he does not enjoy it, but indulges in it due to boredom. He denies any use of illicit drugs or alcohol.
On mental health examination, he appeared casually dressed and tidy. He was very restless especially in his legs but did engage well with me. His speech was fairly normal and coherent and he did explain his current symptoms reasonably alright. He definitely was a lot more co-operative and amenable and did not engage in arguments as was the case when I spoke to him on phone previously. He was not acutely unwell and no expression of thoughts of self-harm. He wants to get well and is willing to continue taking treatment. He did not appear to be vulnerable but could be when acutely unwell due to paranoia or being in delusional state. His insight around the illness has improved and he does have capacity to give informed consent on his treatment. I have given him a script for procyclidine 5 mg to be taken thrice a day and aripiprazole 5 mg daily, advised to continue with other meds as prescribed, and GP to please continue to give repeat scripts. He will be seen again in 3 months.
Yours sincerely
