Next Accounts Due: 30/04/2024

All companies must deliver a confirmation statement and a set of accounts to Companies House, within the filing deadlines, even if the company is dormant.

If you do not deliver the company’s confirmation statement and accounts, the Registrar might assume that the company is no longer carrying on business or is no longer in operation and take steps to strike it from the register.

The accounts will be a financial statement of the company.

Further information on the types of accounts you can file with Companies House can be found here.

A confirmation statement confirms all the information that the company is under a duty to tell us about under section 853A(2) of the Act & must contain the following information:

· the name of the company

· its registered number

· the date to which the confirmation statement is made-up (the made-up date)

If it is your first confirmation statement it may ask you to provide:

· The principal business activities of the company/SIC codes

· A statement of capital

Subsequent confirmation statements must contain:

· Any changes to shareholders, SIC codes & statement of capital.

The confirmation statement has a filing fee of £13 if filed via web filing or £40 if filed in paper format.

Dear Sir

I am sorry I sent this email from the wrong email address, but as you will note from previous correspondence Kent Police are still holding on to four of our computers, 4 Memory Sticks, 2 Amazon pads and 2 Mobile Phones so that I am unable to resume normal functioning of the Company until these are returned to us. Hopefully, they will be returned before 28 September 2023 1600 hours when I am due to report for my bail at Medway Police Station to satisfy the conditions imposed on me, given that the Central London County Court has not lifted the adjournment of Case E35YM660, and I need to prepare for my Trial at North Kent Magistrates Court sitting at Medway Magistrates Court on 10 November 2023 at 2.00 pm.

I will keep Companies House informed as soon as the outcome is known:

Yours sincerely
