Dear BP
This is disappointing, coming on the back of the first rejection a few days ago. I thought common sense will prevail since you knew very well that I had nothing to do with the criminal anonymous email that BP received a few months ago that you reported to Kent Police to investigate, and Kent Police appointed PC Evans to refer me to the Community Mental Health Team at Britton House where Michael Quarm considered the full circumstances. Since then further criminal anonymous emails have been sent targeting legal proceedings to continue to cause legal difficulties for me as we try our best to settle down following the 25 years of struggle to re-establish my reputation.
