At 9.35 am I dialled 0300 303 3189 and spoke to the receptionist saying that I am returning a call. She took my name details and put me through to the person who called: I immediately said that the aripiprazole that I have been taking since Dr Oranusi introduced into my schedule is making drowsy and we are going on holiday so could he switch it back to risperidone. I spoke to my GP Dr Mwanche about it but he said that only a Psychiatrist from Britton House can do the change over. We had a party on New Years eve and I could not stay awake. She said ‘You have a face-to-face appointment at 3.45 or so pm today. I replied I do not know about this appointment. I never received a letter. I am busy this afternoon. Send me a letter of appointment.
Â
She said that Dr Oranusi will telephone you at 3 pm today to discuss it.
Â
The landline rang again and Rashmi took it calling me to the Phone. I went to the Phone. It was another woman from Britton House, I said I just spoke to your colleague and explained. The call ended in a short conversation.
Â
I am waiting to know if the legal process has now been completed as linked here:Â zoom 11.30 today2 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com)Â https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/zoom-11-30-today2

As regards the telephone call that is pending from Britton House, I will answer it only if the legal process has now been completed. Please send me your concerns in writing in the post as advised by my psychotherapist Jill Jesson whom I trust with my welfare and not Britton House.
