Thank you for taking part in the COVID-19 Infection Survey (CIS), Shantanu Panigrahi.

For taking part, we're giving you £50 of eCheques to be redeemed against over 60+ retailers. A list of retailers can be found here.

A few important things to note:

Your eCheque is valid for three months from the date of your email, once expired it cannot be resent.

As of the 01/09/21 Vouchershop will no longer be offering the option to redeem ONS eCheques in exchange for Amazon vouchers. Any Amazon vouchers issued before 01/09/21 will still be honoured by Amazon and will not be affected.

• eCheques should be received within 20 working days of your appointment taking place. Please allow the full 20 working days before contacting us regarding missing vouchers.

• eCheques are issued retrospectively, payments can be grouped together and issued for varying amounts. Where an overpayment occurs a voucher will not be issued on subsequent visits until the overpayment balance is used.

• If a member of your household doesn't appear below, they may be receiving a separate email.

How to claim your eCheque:

Go to vouchershopexchange.co.uk

Enter your eCheque details (You can Copy + Paste these):

Complete the on-screen instructions to claim your retailer eVoucher.

You will receive two emails within 24 hours: An order confirmation email and an email enclosing your Retailer eVoucher details.

The eVoucher email will explain how to spend your eVoucher.
