No point carrying on litigating or prosecuting or defending
On 11 February 2024, at 1707 hours Indian Standard Time, with another prod received from Amulya Nayak who I had described to the Court authorities as a MI5/MI6 agent terrorising me for over a year, I decided to resume the dharmayudha through the Court of Public Opinion; and hence this forum post after closing off all direct communications with anyone over the Internet.
My proactive communications had continued from our holiday home in Bhubaneswar, Odisha India from 19 January 2024 that accumulated further evidence in my favour. Now,
I had no choice but to force the Police or Courts to issue proceedings to me so that I would then get the opportunity to reply to these queries.
