Despite wide consultations including at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom as attached: ToSupremeCourt(Policing the Police by a Private citizen constitutional or not)5Apr2023, I have not received back the clarification that I had sought on this matter.
I am therefore writing to let you know that I will abide by the terms and conditions of the bail imposed on me as set out in the attached Bail document: Bail Document Shantanu Panigrahi Kent Police.pdf.
Should there be any change in the processing of this matter, I wish to let you know that I am unrepresented and will deal with your questions with the aid of a Duty Solicitor (Barrister) in the future. Kindly forward this email to Phyllis who guided me through the interview on 28 March 2023 at Medway Police Station.
