mailed-by:         gmail.com

Dear Sirs

I noted that there has been on response in writing to the attached document that I published in Libertarian Democracy this morning: Developments from 17 January 2024.

So it is incumbent upon me to serve due notice of how I will be defending myself should Kent Police charge me; as taken from my latest eBook ''Lancing the boil of Injustice-digital.pdf

Update:

At 10.58 am I deleted the post ‘Developments from 17 January 2024 as no action was taken except for this Odoo email. Let them charge me. I will defend on the grounds of national and international conspiracy against me. So I need to keep all the evidence to myself through my https://theallurementofrealityinreview.com/shop eBooks.

I reserve the right to publish what I want when I want it: it is a civil matter, to be decided by a Civil Court should any person or institution consider that what I have published has been defamatory towards them. Intrusion of privacy is not valid as an argument when the action of publishing is a retaliation against terrorism in the form of official and unofficial trolling in an arguably organised manner. For the Police to consider any of the publications written in good faith as the right to freedom of expression that every individual has to be treated as ‘Malicious Communications’ is an abuse of the law.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sirs

Kent Police remain silent to my enquiries as attached: ToKentPolicEnquiries(no subject)16Jan2024.pdf, which is disconcerting for me; and makes me think that unless their investigations into my alleged Malicious Communications offence is still continuing without a charge being pressed against me, the legal proceedings relating to this matter lie elsewhere in litigation or in defence.

It is difficult for a layman to find out about matters of this nature without further enquiries that need to be addressed by the relevant authorities, so I am letting you know that I am ready and willing to provide any clarifications that I need to in order to prove my innocence of all alleged offences that I might be suspected of.

My retarded mind tells me this morning that Kent Police concocted/framed the allegations of Stalking Katrina Sale and  my alleged sending of malicious communications to educational establishments, bp, staff of BLM Law, the independent Office for Police Conduct, Rachel Gwilt of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Samaritans, and perhaps others, in order to perpetrate political persecution to stifle my Company, The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited and prevent its political offshoot The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom to get a foothold in the politics of the nation, when it is a philanthropic institution as you will read from https://theconservativelibertariansociety.com.

If you good selves could see to it that this matter is resolved without any further delay, I should be grateful.

Thanking you in anticipation, and have a good day.

Yours sincerely

Enquiries

Dear Sirs

I have had a talk with my psychotherapist on WhatsApp today and due to the reasons associated with holiday preparations we were unable to fit in one Zoom Session of psychotherapy tomorrow as we had originally wanted to that you were made aware of: see attached: ToKentPoliceEnquiriesccJillJessonSamaritansKMPTPALS(NEW APPOINTMENTS WITH JILL JESSON)14Jan2024.docx and as linked here; Re: SEO*Top Page on Google (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.comhttps://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/re-seo-top-page-on-google.

Also significant from the legal view point that Kent Police may wish to consider is the material being supposedly assessed by the Court of Appeal as linked here: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/correspondence-with-the-court-of-appeal-case-reference-ca-2023-000750  I have no idea that these are genuine proceedings as I also have no idea if Claim E35YM660 by the Central London County Court under which I wanted £25 million of damages and compensation for the 26 years of systematic persecution on me, is considering the matter.

I had enquired with Jill Jesson that a clear plan of treatment may be advisable. She said 'No Problem' which I told her that I did not understand. She has wished us 'Enjoy your holiday' notwithstanding.

Is there anything I need to be informed of in light of these deliberations?

Yours sincerely

Kent Police

Enquiries

Dear Sirs

I am in need of more psychotherapeutic appointments that have been agreed with Jill Jesson of Vitali-Chi, and would like to know the dates that we need to be avoid from Kent Police's view point in case these Sessions clash with the Bail conditions that Kent Police could vary on the attached Kent Police OFFICIAL Generated Date21Dec2023.docx.

In all Jil and I are convinced that I would need 6 further Sessions because a new treatment process that will delve afresh into the aetiology of my mental disorder is being considered as intrusive thoughts have not gone away and we may be trying hypnotherapy again (I do not really know what Jill has in mind at this point in time).

As you are aware, I shall be on holiday with my family from 18 January 2024 till 19 February 2024 in India and would consider it urgent that we should fit in one Session on Zoom before we leave.

I have been a mentally retarded individual for the past 26 years having been sectioned twice and under medications of risperidone antipsychotic, Depakote mood stabilising and sertraline anti-depressant.

Jill is the only person who I trust and rely on since the Samaritans withdrew their emotional support to me for some strange reason and the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman is not investigating Britton House for engineered perverting of my psychiatric treatments over the past several years.

Please advise us as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely

Information to suspects released on bail

Bail legislation is contained with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, as amended in 2017 & 2022.

If released on bail the following is applicable:-

. You must surrender to custody at the date and time as specified above

. You will be subject to an Applicable Bail Period (ABP). The ABP covers a period that you can be

bailed within by the Custody Officer before it is reviewed to ensure the investigation is being dealt with diligently and expeditiously and to ensure that bail is still necessary and proportionate.

. If initially you were released on bail before 28/10/2022 the ABP was authorised by a Police Inspector for 28 days. The ABP can be reviewed, and an extension for another three calendar months may be authorised on or before 28 days, by a Police Superintendent. Further extensions can be authorised at 3 calendar month intervals thereafter.

. If initially you wre released on bail after 28/10/2022 the ABP was authorised by the Custody Officer for 3 calendar months. The ABP can be reviewed, and an extension for another 3 calendar months may be authorised, on or before 3 calendar months, by a Police Inspector. Further extensions can be authorised at 3 calendar months intervals thereafter.

. If your case is being investigated by the Serious Fraud Office, or the Financial Conduct Authority, or HM Revenue and Customs, or National Crime Agency, the initial ABP for these dases is six months authorised by the Custody Officer. However, the police do not authorise extensions for these cases.

This must be done by a designated officer for those agencies.

. If your case has been immediately referred to the Crown Prosecution Service the ABP will not start unless they require the investigators to carry out further work.

. You or your legal representative= will be informed of theintention to apply for an extension to the ABP either in person if at the police station or by your preferred means of contact. You will be asked if you want to make any representations either immediately if in person by return of post/email etc.

. Early reviews will be conducted by relevant decision makers and later ones will be conducted by the Courts.

. The ABP will be suspended for the time that the cas3e is sent back to the Crown Prosecution

Service.

. You will be informed of the decision and the relevant time and date of the end of your ABP.

. You will also be informed of the actual date and time you are due to answer bail. This may be the same or a different time to the end of an ABP.

. The consequence of all the above is that your bail date can be subject to several amendments.

However a reasonable attempt will always be made to notify you of any changes, in writing to the address that you have provided to the police (or the preferred method of contact), and/or via your legal representative if you have one.

It is important that you notify OIC of any change of your address, your legal representative, or other point of contact, and that you provide us with any current phone numbers and email contact details.

By doing so, we may be able to prevent you having to attend needlessly at a custody suite if we know (especially at short notice) that you have a new, later bail date or other information change (such as ‘No Further Action’.

Police Advisory Notice to Suspects

If you are involved in criminal proceedings, the following summary of potential offences is included for your information and awareness. The same offences will also be brought to the attention of any relevant victim or witness for their information. The list of offences is NOT exhaustive.

The purpose of this is to make clear to all involved parties that any unlawful, unnecessary or inappropriate contact between the suspect in a case (either directly or through a third party), and the victim or witness may constitute a criminal offence.

Any unlawful, unnecessary or inappropriate contact reported to the police, including any perception that this is the case, may result in arrests and prosecution of parties for any of the following offences

Intimidation of witnesses, jurors & others

On indictment A fine and/or maximum five years imprisonment

____________________________________________________________________

‘Harassment’

Some of the ways where conduct is capable of amounting to this offence is by making false

allegations, perjury, concealing offences, obstructing the police, assisting others to evade arrest, failing to prosecute, interfering with witnesses/evidence/jurors, and publication of matters calculate to prejudice a fair trial.

____________________________________________________________________

On indictment: Maximum LIFE imprisonment

____________________________________________________________________

Postal Charging

This leaflet explains Postal Charging and answers some questions you may have.

What is Postal Charging?

This is a method of bringing an offender before a court for prosecution.

It means that you could be charged and required to attend court by post without returning to a police station.

Can I be charged by post?

If you have been in police custody and you are granted unconditional police bail to return to a police station at a later date you may be charged by means of a ‘postal charge’ if a decision is made to charge you.

How does it work?

If a decision is made to charge you at least 14 days before you are due to answer your bail you may receive a ‘charge’ and a ‘requisition’ to attend court through the post.

Will I still be on Police bail?

Once a postal charge and requisition has been issued you will no longer be on police bail for that offence.

What do I do if I receive a Postal Charge?

You will recxeive a charge/requisition form (MG4D). This will state the offence(s) with which you are charged. This will require you to attend court at a specified date and time.

____________________________________________________________________

If you fail to attend court when required a warrant will be issued for your arrest. If this happens, If this happens you may be held in custody until the next available court

____________________________________________________________________

If you do not receive a postal charge or a bail cancellation notice you must answer your police bail at the date and time shown on your bail form.

Dear Sainsburys

I am still awaiting my Fair Hearing in respect of my employment at the Tonbridge Convenience Store near Maidstone, but if that matter is now closed as it seems to be, I should like to be considered for another part-time job as Customer Retail Assistant in and around the Medway Towns and Maidstone.

In this regard, I shall be on holiday until 19 February 2024, please bear this in mind in your deliberations.

Yours sincerely
