Dear Mr Speaker

Ignore the loud and incessant ravings of Mr Panigrahi. They signify nothing. He is quite mad and has been sectioned twice and officially classified as a lunatic on at least seven occasions.

He is also a fantasist, a counterfeiter, a liar, an identity thief, a religious-pretender, a benefits-fraud, an ignoramus and mostly a troll. In recent years, he turned his attentions to harassing ladies and young women, and extorting by menaces and persuasion millions of pounds from the Exchequer for supposedly failing to prevent him sending insulting pseudnonymous messages to himself. You may not be surprised to learn that he has profited little from these nefarious enterprises.

Over a period of 25 years, this Panigrahi has troubled many public servants, most notably our NHS, police, court staff and regulators. He has also harassed more than a thousand private citizens, most

notably lawyers, which is amusing. Unamusing were his curses and insults directed at the late Her Majesty the Queen.

Five years ago it was decided by my superiors to put an end to this execrable state of affairs, and to, reasonably lawfully, put Mr Panigrahi permanently out of commission, ending decades when he

persecuted everyone who had the misfortune to have their paths cross his.

Thus, we are confident you will leave handling him to the professionals at this sort of damnably unpleasant business, as well as to the police. We would appreciate you not humouring him with any

reply whatever.

He brought matters to a head by including, in his published book ''Dealing With International Criminals'', the home addresses of a lawyer retained to defend Kent Police from his inmeritorious and incomprehensible claims, of several staff at his local clinical commissioning group at the NHS and several lady police officers. https://www.libroworld.com/9781915132932 His intention is to cause a maximum of distress while blaming everyone except himself.

His name including aliases are already entered in the central databases so he cannot gain entry to the Commons, etcetera.

Rest assured, in a few months Panigrahi will no longer be in a position to ever again trouble anyone besides volunteers like his unfortunate family when or if they come to visit.

Dear Honourable Lindsay Hoyle, Speaker of the House of Commons

Since the year 2000, I have contacted successive Speakers to highlight my plight and gone through the rigours of the legal and medical processes of the State to find that 25 years since I was dismissed from the University of Greenwich for an offence of gross misconduct towards colleagues and senior management that I strenuously denied, I was castigated as mentally subnormal and ended up in State mental hospitals on two occasions, the first in 2004 and the second in 2008 for protesting this innocence in the Civil and criminal courts of the United Kingdom and elsewhere internationally.

This evening I find that nothing has changed, and I am still owed severance payment of �,000 from the University of Greenwich while the Court of Central London awarded costs to the Defendant Mrs

Theresa May and successors for litigating against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom under Claim E35YM660.

I was terrorised and harassed by organised syndicate of criminals from a decade ago and this intensified when I took Kent Police to task under Claim HQ17X01773 at the Kings Bench division of the High Court and the Administrative Court under Claim CO/1680/2002. I received over a thousand criminal anonymous emails and these were sent to my colleagues at the workplace, my consultant psychiatrist at Britton House and my GP Surgeries and associated institutions.

Then between September 15th 2021 and 24 November 2021 I was interrogated and arrested by Kent Police for allegedly sending malicious emails to various people most notably Katrina Sale of the

Conservative and Unionist Party as well as to staff of BLM Law through dizum, Nomen Nescio, and Remailer anonymous servers. The Police took away our desk-top computer, Amazon Fire, USB Memory Stick and my Mobile Phone for what it said would be for forensics examination and that these items would be returned within 3 months. I strenuously denied sending any malicious emails to anyone and to this day the Police has not returned the seized personal property.

I took out an injunction against Kent Police in Medway County Court under Claim J00ME572, for which no defence was submitted to the court or to me and the Court took no action on this Injunction and its associated Money Claim application for �5 million in damages and compensation to me for the 25 years of victimisation and persecution that I suffered in the United Kingdom.

It is clear that the Judicial authorities as well as the Police are hiding under the pretext that I am mentally ill and so the dispute will not be resolved in any other way except to declare me to be

insane.

I am nothing of the sort. I consider myself to be the most sanest person on Earth and the sanest who has ever walked on Earth.

So why are the Courts not granting me a Hearing in all of those 25 years in my terms.

I would be grateful if you would raise this matter through your offices and my MP Rehman Chishti who has been uncooperative with me in bringing the matter to the attention of the House of Commons under a Select Committee for a case of a conspiracy of racial discrimination and harassment perpetrated by means of concerted criminal behaviour that involved national and international agents of governments.

In light of the lack of progress, I have cancelled my Blood Test appointment tomorrow at 10.20 am at the Long Catlis Road Surgery and the Physical Health Check with Jane East on 10 October 2022 by text messaging this evening.
