Over the two years, and especially since a Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022 by me I have suffered intense victimisation by court officials at North Kent Magistrates Court and Folkestone Magistrates Court with Kent Police together and associated with Law Firms such as Burrough Solicitors who I approached in relation to the attached proceedings: APPLICATION TO ADJOURN THE HEARING OF 10 NOVEMBER 2023, 2 PM TRIAL (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/application-to-adjourn-the-hearing-of-10-november-2023-2-pm-trial; FrShanPanigrahi(CAE_DIZUM)BurroughSolicitors(OUTCOME OF HEARING 17 OCTOBER 202319Oct2023. The ridiculous email that I received from Kent Police a few days ago as attached sums up the deceit of the parties in that it says nothing of substance to let me know where I stood on the complaints that I registered to Professional Standards Department and North Kent Magistrates Court: see attached: FrKentPoliceEnquiries(ANY DECISION YET)16Oct2023.docx.
The North Kent Magistrates Court has not replied to my application to adjourn the Hearing currently set for 10 November 2023, 2 pm that I needed for legitimate reasons consistent with my firm belief that it has engaged in a criminal conspiracy against me to discredit me and give me a criminal record or worse by processing false offences of me having stalked harassed and sent malicious communications to Katrina Sale of the Conservative and Unionist Party, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, educational establishments of schools/colleges and universities, bp, staff of BLM Law that were all the trolling work of others such as people calling themselves Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) whose Head is Marty Caine with Sivaji Panesar and Nitin Bhardwaj.
I wish to progress the proceedings of Appeal and counter prosecution started in Maidstone Crown Court a few years ago and subject to the proceedings linked: Appeal Mention to Fix A20170027 46TY0039517 Hearing (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/appeal-mention-to-fix-a20170027-46ty0039517-hearing. Kent Police has terrorised me over these years with 5 false arrests and 2 voluntary interviews and seized four computers, 4 USB Memory Sticks, 2 Amazon Pads and 2 Mobile Phone to hide the evidence of systematic terrorism, persecution, victimisation, obstruction of justice and perverting the course of justice with the complicity of the civil and criminal courts to which I took the matter in litigation and private prosecutions over the past 5 years.
My immediate concern is to avoid North Kent Magistrates Court passing a deliberately perverse judgment on 10 November 2023 to hide their blushes as they are all caught out cheating me and depriving me of £10 million in damages and compensation for the 26 years of suffering that I endured since the University Greenwich dismissed me from employment without the £55,000 severance payment and wait for me to Appeal against its judgment which will lead to considerable costs and time for me that I can ill afford.
The only option for me is to institute a private prosecution of the court officials at North Kent Magistrates Court and Folkestone Magistrates Court and Kent Police who have been engaged in terrorising me, at Maidstone Crown Court immediately.
There just simply has to be a way to bring the criminals occupying positions of power in the Magistrates Courts and Police for a private prosecution that I am seeking your response to in the manner outlined here.

Of course, you need not take the factors into account that cause me uncertainties and stress, but merely provide me with emotional support to help me through my paranoid schizophrenia, persistent delusional disorder, autism, depression bordering on suicidal tendencies, bipolar with delusions; that I have to live with.
I do not feel any better now. I have decided to terminate my legal involvements completely to get better and live a quiet life, calmly with my medications of risperidone antipsychotic, sertraline antidepressant and Depakote mood stabilising agents. I feel that I need to get away from it all, maybe another longer holiday that my wife is planning in India would help. I was not cut-out for a fast-paced life, and it is now that I have realised this after 26 years since I lost my scientific career.
Do you have any recommendations for websites that I could read about mental health stabilising that actually work?

The counter prosecution of Kent Police and the prosecution of the Crown Prosecution Service by myself had stalled because of the criminal activities in the meantime by Kent Police on harassment, stalking, and malicious communications on which I have been bailed to appear in Medway Police Station on an extended bail as attached: Kent Police Official Generated Date.docx; Kent Police OFFICIAL Generated Date 18 June 2023.docx, that I consider to be unlawful.
The four arrests of myself and the fifth voluntary interview since 16 September 2021 with the confiscation of four of our family computers, four Memory Sticks, two Mobile Phones and 2 Amazon pads without result confirms my suspicion that Kent Police engaged in a systematic Hate Crime on me and by extension my family for having instituted the Counter prosecution at Maidstone Crown Court.
The lack of a legal representative for me will not prevent me from pursuing the prosecution of the Crown Prosecution Service for its failure to arrest the Chief Constable of Kent Police in this regard.
With this email I am giving the Crown Prosecution Service a final opportunity to address the issue and make amends in terms of an apology and substantial financial compensation that I have been demanding.
