With reference to the attached correspondence: ToSlaterGordonccCenLonCtyCrtJudiciaryMedCtyCrtHOCPetitionsCommitree(J00ME572&E35YM660 ASSOCIATED PETITION FOR WRITTEN CONSITITUTION)22Nov2024; ToSlaterGordon (WHACKING HARD AT THE MADARCHODS)26Nov2024.docx, I am still not sure if Slater& Gordon is acting on my behalf on the proceedings which have entered the Court of Appeal as attached: ToCourtofAppeal(CA_2023_000750&AmulyaNayak)1Dec2024.docx since I have not received any refund or explanation of the deposit that I seem to have paid Daniel of Slater&Gordon, who I believe has now left the Firm.
Please confirm me with any news or if SlaterGordon are no longer acting on my behalf let me know so that I can seek another law firm to do so.
Please also let me know the full cost of legal representation by SlaterGordon.

I will let the matter rest as closure of legal proceedings against Slater and Gordon and its co-conspirators in the Banks and the Financial Ombudsman Service, Legal Ombudsman, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, the Solicitor Regulation Authority and all the Court officials at Central London County Court, the Medway County Court, Medway Magistrates Court, East Kent Magistrates Court, Maidstone Crown Court, the Court of Appeal, the Kings Bench Division of the High Court the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, the Joint Committee of Privy Council, the International Criminal Court, the Petition Committee of the House of Commons, the Standards Commissioner at the House of Commons, the Speaker of the House of Commons and Prime Ministers from Sir Anthony Blair through to Rishi Sunak who presided over the police brutality, victimisation, religious persecution, Security Services MI5/MI6 trolling terrorism through criminal anonymous emails sent to me and my associates, and the Hate criminals of Kent Police working together with the Mental Health Institutions of the National Health Service; and last but not least the United Nations.

• a copy of the sealed order being appealed.
• A transcript of judgment should also be provided if available (or should be ordered immediately)
The public counter at E307 (Registry) remains closed, however a drop box facility is available at the main entrance into the Royal Courts of Justice.
