Dear Sir/Madam
Please find herewith my Appeal Form that rejects the idea that I need to print out the Appeal(1)Form, fill it in with a biro, scan it by dating and signing it, send the scanned copy to North Kent Magistrates Court for it to have a second chance when it has been terrorising me over the past 6 months on this matter and this terrorism is continuing.
I look forward to receiving a listing date to Hear the Appeal as submitted this morning to North Kent Magistrates Court, the officials of which are prevaricating once again.
Yours sincerely

Dear Sharon Barnard
Thank you for your email stating that I need to complete the attached Appeal Form (Appeal Form(1).pdf) by printing it out, filling it in using a biro/pen, scanning the handwritten form after signing and dating it, and emailing the scanned completed Appeal against Conviction and Sentence to the North Kent Magistrates Court for the case to be heard in Medway Magistrates Court and not in a Crown Court now that I have registered the preliminary Appeal at North Kent Magistrates Court.
I do not seem to be getting any response from my Solicitors Olives Solicitors who acted on one occasion as my Duty Solicitors to my query below for to complete the Appeal Form afresh I need to know if Kent Police has already charged me on the offences of Stalking and Malicious Communications at North Kent Magistrates Court. My Appeal arguments would be dependent on this fact. I will object to any subsequent charges being made until this Appeal of mine has been dealt with by the Court, and the matter concluded.
Please let me know what the situation is in this regard.
Yours sincerely

SECTION 4
Information about why you are appealing
Tell us here why you do not agree with your conviction. Please give the facts about the situation and what you think is wrong. You can use extra paper if you need to
1. The matter of the offences of Stalking and the sending of Malicious Communications as offences that I was interviewed on by Kent Police and unlawfully bailed with periodic extensions over 5 arrests and 2 voluntary interviews in Police Stations of the Medway Towns, Maidstone, and North Kent was not addressed by the Magistrates at the Trial Hearing of myself as mitigating circumstances on 10 November 2023 20 pm which limited itself to the Speeding Offence and that too on a fresh plea request from scratch from the Court official that took no account of the proceedings from June to November from the Crown Prosecution Service and my submissions in Defence. In the preliminary proceedings I had applied to the Court to declare the Bali conditions unlawful.
2. As I have mentioned to the Court, I have paid the £100 fine online on Saturday and take note of the evidence that the Full Written Reasons that I had applied for was rejected by the Court.
3. These were very serious errors in procedure by the Magistrates including the fact that I was told that I would have to negotiate the refund of the £92 Speed Awareness Course that I paid for the booking of 11 January 2023 that was cancelled by Kent Police in a continuation of the Hate Crime that it perpetrated on me over a 6 year period.
4. I am accordingly hereby Appealing against the Judgment of the North Kent Magistrates Court sitting at Medway Magistrates Court on the Outcome of the 10 November 2023 Trial Hearing with a view to having the criminal record established then through the imposition of the sentence of 3 points on my Driver's Licence and £100 fine removed due to the fact that my mitigation was not taken into account.
5. Furthermore, I am somewhat unclear as to whether I am still on Bail until 18thDecember 2023/21December2023 for the suspected offences of stalking and sending out malicious communications. I tried to elicit a response from the Solicitor who I thought had undertaken the task of assisting me on these matters as you will note from the attached correspondence: FrOlives Solicitorsletter19April2023.docx, but could not get a reply.
5. In light of these circumstances, I had considered that it would be judicious of me to await the next correspondence from Kent Police on the Bail conditions stated above before completing the Appeal Form for both conviction and sentence because in my original plea submission I had entered not guilty on the grounds that I had done whatever was required of me to discharge the Speeding Offence by paying for and booking the Speed Awareness Course which was unilaterally cancelled by Kent Police; and when I offered to pay the £8 extra firs to add to the £92 pounds already paid, Kent Police would not accept and so I offered to pay the full amount of £100 with 3 points on my Licence which too was rejected by Kent Police.
6. Sir/Madam, I am paranoid schizophrenic mental patient of Britton House and find silence very disconcerting so that when I run into it I take steps in paranoia to avert dangers to my liberty. I must be in a position to have the fullest exposition of the circumstances on why I was suspected of stalking and sending malicious communications first, therefore.
7. I understand that I have 21 days from 10 November 2023, and since it is now proven that there was a State-organised conspiracy involving Kent Police that terrorised me as shown by the lack of reply from the Supreme Court and the Joint Committee of Privy Council today I am submit the Appeal Form directly to North Kent Magistrates Court to corner the Kent Police hiding its true intensions for me in giving me further criminal records and sentencing if Kent Police continue to hold me on bail beyond 18 December 2023/21December 2023, Waiting for the time limite elapse would just play into Kent Police’s hands so I am abandoning the possible course that I had considered namely taking the option of seeking permission from Maidstone Crown Court to enable me to Appeal,
I need the real culprits who inflicted police-brutality, terrorise me, victimiesed me, obstructed justice and perverted the course of justice to be held to now. Such is the urgency of this matter.

It is over half an hour since I requested Lady Justice Andrews for her Ladyship’s Report on Case CA-2023-000750 and beyond the attached: FrLadyJusticeAndrews(CourtofAppeal Case Number CA-2023-000750Indecision)20Nov2023.docx, she has reserved Judgment.
I have an appointment at 10.00 am this morning with the Mental Health nurse at Long Catlis Road Surgery with whom I need to discuss the outcome of the legal proceedings that I have undertaken and the associated investigations that were conducted on me by Kent Police on offences that It suspected that I had perpetrated on Stalking and sending of malicious communications which I denied in the strongest possible terms.
There are no Courts in the United Kingdom up above the Supreme Court to consider my demand for damages and compensation of £18.4 million from the UK Treasury for the 26 years of enduring police brutality at Kent Police, West Yorkshire Police, and North Yorkshire Police, terrorism from M15/M16, persecution from Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) victimisation by civil and criminal courts to whom I had taken the matters to, obstruction of justice by the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the independent Office for Police Conduct, Parliamentary authorities at the House of Commons, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, the Mental Health Authorities at mental hospitals and in the secondary Care of Care in the Community provisions of the National Health Service, and private psychotherapists and counsellors not to mention Medway Council.
So I would leave it to the Justices to consider the merits of my Claim. accordingly.

Further to the attached application ToSupremeCourtUK(Demand for Damages and Compensation from the United Kingdom Treasury)20Nov2023.docx, My Mobile Phone rang as follows:
The Mobile Phone rang from a Spam Caller dialling from +44 141 673 8705 at 12.52 pm.
This came following the lack of response from Maidstone Crown Court on permission to Appeal as attached: ToNorthKentMagKentPoliceForceMaidstoneCrownCrt(URGENT AND INACTIVE)21Nov2023.docx
The State authorities have used this Spam Calling method to pass messages to me that I will not be successful at the Supreme Court with my demand for £18.4 million from the Treasury of the United Kingdom because the Order to persecute me came from a higher authority than the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
If I am justified in drawing this inference, my only recourse is to approach the Joint Committee of Privy Council for the resolution of my grievances.
