I have nothing but tyrannical Hate Crime in terms of mental brutality, victimisation for seeking justice, persecution for my religion, terrorism through Victims of Panigrahi Association, dehumanising defamation and humiliation, perverting the course of Justice and obstructing justice from Kent Police that continued even after issuing the Notice of Issue of an Injunction to prevent the Chief Constable of Kent Police perpetrating its Hate crime on me, the latest as linked here: Single Justice Procedural Notice (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/single-justice-procedural-notice
I understand that the discontinuation of the process at Medway County Court may or may not be due to the fact that I had asked for a rescheduling of the 27 October 2022 Hearing for the reason that not all of the facts had then emerged from my investigations of the circumstances surrounding the Case, or it may have been a matter of jurisdiction of a civil county Court to hear the Hate Crime from a Police Force to a citizen. Unfortunately for me I suspect that Mr Forz Khan from his reticence to comment on the attached communication is himself part of the problem of finding a legal representative so that I have no choice but to make progress as a layman to the best of my abilities: ToForzKhan(AnotherLawFirm)11Apr2023.docx.
I have already paid £100 Court Fee for the Appeal of District Judge Lightman's Order of 21 June 2021 under Claim E35YM660 which was a Claim that I issued against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom for not regulating the institutions of the State adequately and Kent Police's activities are central to these particulars of Claim; likewise I have paid £332 to Medway County Court for the Injunction and Money Claims against Kent Police under the proceedings currently with the Court of Appeal that is implicit in the communication that I received from Medway County Court yesterday.
To preclude the determined attempt by Kent Police to drag me to a criminal Court come what may and quite unjustifiably because I have never committed any offences whatsoever, please let me know the current state of play on this Appeal. If I need to pay a further Court Fee to the Court, I am prepared to do so even if past payments to HMCTS have not resulted in the disposal of judicial justice for me.
I look forward to developments at the Court of Appeal immediately.

I had some kind of arrangement with Patterson Law in the past few months in which emails were exchanged and telephone discussions took place for Patterson Law to represent me against Kent Police on a Speeding Charge disposal relating to an incident on 5 October 2022.
Unfortunately, the correspondence got terminated and I felt perhaps, rightly or wrongly since I am a mental patient, that Patterson Law had been nobbled by Kent Police not to cooperate with me in defending me in Court.
Be that as it may, this morning I have received the information that Karen was waiting for as I have been formally charged with the Speeding Offence at Single Justice Procedural Notice by Kent Police.
Please can you clarify your position immediately as to whether Patterson Law was acting freely and if so if could represent me in this matter.
