Please note the lack of a reply from Kent Police. It is playing delaying tactics for I suspect that at the Bail meeting at 5 pm today it will extend my bail beyond 10 November 2 pm and keep its investigation of allegations of harassment and malicious communications that it says makes me a prime suspect prolonged so as to not having to provide written evidence to the Court that would EXONERATE me. This is how it avoided the Hate Crime injunction at Medway County Court that I took out over a year ago under Case Number J00ME572, and is the reason it is not now providing the Medway Magistrates with its Case for this prosecution and me the response from Driver Diversion submission.
I am therefore now applying for an adjournment of the 10 November 2023 2 pm Hearing of my Trial until such time as Kent Police has completed its investigations of both these matters so as to have the full force of my mitigating factors that I am relying on for my Defence.
I would be grateful for the Magistrates kind consideration as soon as possible.

The trolls have stopped sending me criminal anonymous emails that I was asked to report to you by Kent Police's police officers and theny have started terrorising me by sending me anonymous phone calls. This has been going on for a few weeks, and I can send you some of the records that I have made if you need them for your investigation of Hate Crimes against me, The latest one came after I had communicated with North Kent Magistrates Court from which the following Automatic Response was received but no considered reply on what the present decisions are on the Summary Judgment that I applied for and for the Court to act sooner than the scheduled Hearing of 10 November 2023, 2 pm at Medway Magistrates Court. So I do not know whether this Hearing has been cancelled without letting me know. The response of the State was to send me another of those criminal anonymous phone calls from 0784 376266, which the EE company that I use indicated is a Spam caller. Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) has resorted to this means of harassing me because it stops me from forwarding their emails to you.
Please find out the name and address of the person who telephoned me and treat it as a Hate Crime of harassment as with all the previous such criminal anonymous emails and Spam calls.
I need a report on this today as I need to visit Medway Polce Station with this report tomorrow Sunday 18 June 2023 as I am bailed to appear at this Police Station at 5 pm.
I would be grateful for your reply, preferably before then.
