1. I did not hear or receive anything on the adjourned Hearing of E35YM660 from the Central London County Court, nor on CA-2023-000750 of the Court of Appeal or from the Supreme Court, on the connected Appeal so I have seemingly ascertained that whilst a Police investigation is on-going as in my case of malicious communications and stalking for which I am bailed to 28 September 2023 1600 hours and 10 October 2023 1600 respectively with the Trial Hearing of on the 5 October 2022 Speeding Offence on10 November 2023 as attached:

that I need to cooperate fully with Kent Police and the North Kent Magistrates Court inspite of what I considered to be mitigating circumstances of concern to me that are summarised as attached:

2. I am therefore writing to let the Magistrates and Kent Police know that I shall attend both bail appointments and the Trial Hearing in person as unrepresented by a lawyer bringing with me the detailed print out of Barclays Bank statements sent to me that show that I never received back the £92 Fee that I paid Kent County Council for the Speed Awareness Course of 11 January 2023.
3. If there are any other outstanding issues that I should address at the Trial Hearing of 10 November 2023, please let me know as soon as possible, especially if the Video Cloud Platform (VCP) means of attendance that I was told about is possible for me in view of my mental illness as attached:
