I have the email below come to me out of the blue that seems bizarre and could be a criminal anonymous email trying to trap me into fraudulent transactions:

I am not Islamophobic but wary of jihadis, so wish to find out if there is a process of authentification of the material as to whether it is legitimate and good business proposal.
Is this a civil matter that I need to employ a solicitor to determine or a criminal matter that Kent Police regularly deals with as with the Katrina Sale, bp, staff of BLM law, educational establishments, etc that I am a suspect on for the offences of stalking and malicious communications.
Thank you for any advice Kent Police has to offer in this matter.
