Magistrates

North Kent Magistrates Court

sitting at Medway Magistrates Court

Your Honour

This matter relates to the long-standing dispute that I have been embroiled in with Kent Police that enforced unlawful Bail conditions on me as a Hate crime that needs to be resolved as soon as possible by a Retrial as I had applied to Your Honour as linked here: APPEAL AGAINST CONVICTION AND SENTENCING: 10 NOVEMBER 2023, 2 PM TRIAL (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/appeal-against-conviction-and-sentencing-10-november-2023-2-pm-trial

Kent Police cannot be allowed to keep me indefinitely on tenterhooks, permanently keeping my life on hold while they fish for reasons as to why I should not be allowed to get on with my social media investigative journalism as a whistle blowing Hoax Slayer vigilante exposing criminals through the modern era of the internet scammers.

The Appeal for a Retrial must proceed or Your Honours full written reasons need to be provided to me as to why no progress is being made.

Yours sincerely
