To

Magistrate in East Kent Magistrates Court

Your Honour

Further to the email that you have sent me this Auto-Reply to, I had pointed out to the Court that the Application for an arrest warrant on the Chief Constable of Kent Police Mr Alan Pughesley was made roughly two years ago and a preliminary judgment made by the Court to dismiss that application; and I had then appealed against this decision being a layman without any representation when Mr Forz Khan my barrister that I wrote to you about recently decided to pull out of the private prosecution after we had signed a contract and I had paid him £3000 Fee that he subsequently refunded to me.

Your Team leader then asked me for the East Kent Magistrates Court's Case Number on the private prosecution of the Chief Constable and I had replied that the Order document containing this Case Number was no longer available to me for the reason that my desk-top computer, and USB Memory Stick had been confiscated by Kent Police on 24 November 2022 and not returned so that it was in contempt of Court as I had mentioned to the Magistrate since the proceedings were under Appeal.

The Team Leader at East Kent Magistrates Court was at that time unable to trace the Case Number. If this remains the case, I will complete a fresh new Application on the Form that you have sent me on 7 April 2023 as attached here for your confirmation that this is the appropriate method to employ in the processing of the application: Application for Summons Form.docx. Alternatively, you may please pass a preliminary Order to the Chief Constable to return all the properties that it has seized from our home so that I can carry on as normal pending a final judgment by the Court.

There is also another possibility in that I had taken out the original private prosecution of Kent Police as a counter-prosecution to the Speeding Charge of 2017 at Maidstone Crown Court upon failure of Medway Magistrates Court to enter judgment on my appeal. Again the Case Number at Maidstone Crown Court is no longer available to me for the reason mentioned above in that Kent Police hold all the electronic documentations.

Kindly expedite the proceedings accordingly.

Yours sincerely
