Thank you for considering my complaint that may be now be considered by the Policy Unit of my Party Reform UK Party (see attached: FrReformUK(MentalHealthReformPolicy)24Apr2024.docx) after the abrupt manner in which the legal proceedings ended at the County Court of Central London under Claim E35YM660, as linked here: https://www.thelibertariandemocrats.com/forum/political-forum/23-april-2024-10-10-am-uk-time For the record the Tribunal would not give me a Case Reference Number, so have left the Mental Health authorities of the Community Mental Health Team at Britton House loose to perpetrate more injustices as attached FrKMPTPALS(MichelleLetterComing)24Apr2024.docx.
I am seeking substantial damages and compensation from the National Health Service as a result.

I have been under the surveillance of the Mental Health authorities of the National Health Service since 2004 when I was first detained at Dover as I tried to go to France on asylum to get away from the terrorism that was being inflicted on me by the co-conspirators of the University of Greenwich due to my resistance from being classified as having been a person who was blameworthy of gross misconduct at the workplace and I fought this Defamation on my character. I was sectioned but released from the Mental Hospital through the Tribunal process but detailed again in 2008 for another month being sectioned for a second time which was further defamation on me. Since then, I was kept under semi-detention at home under Secondary Care that I brought to your attention but you said that this was not within your remit to consider. No community Treatment Orders were issued on me to continue to keep me under lifelong semi-detention under severe medications of risperidone, sertraline, and Depakote of late.
The University of Greenwich was in the process of setting up a kangaroo court to discipline me and rather than have this indignity I chose to try my luck with the Employment Tribunal in Ashford Hearing Centre again failing to bring the co-conspirators of the University to the Tribunal to give evidence on my behalf that I had been wronged by the University that withheld my £55,000 severance pay in 1998.
I took the matter of the Secondary Care in the Community through mental health lawyers and as they said that no Community Treatment Order had been issued on me they could not help me resist the imposition on that I have suffered at Britton House, Gillingham, Kent. With the failure of the Mental Health Tribunal to consider my case, I took the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman as acknowledged below but there is no substantive response from the Ombudsman on the specifics of what the Consultant Psychiatrists have diagnosed as being my disorders, which range from 'severe depression with psychotic features (1998) persistent delusional disorder (2004), paranoid schizophrenia since 2015, autism through a questionnaire assessment by Dr Odesanya, bipolar with delusions in 2022 and Megan CIC's Personality Disorder. On the other hand, I consider myself to have been and still am the sanest person living on Earth, not just now, but who has ever lived in history as a satya-advaitic yogi who seeks truth through truth-accommodation. Clearly the Consultant Psychiatrist do not know what I am talking about.
That is just the history. As a political campaigner for justice and law and order in the United Kingdom, I am learning the lessons from my experiences in order that reforms are considered to streamline the processes of Mental Health assessment.
