Please let me remind you that all Pre-action Protocol on this issue as well as the matter of submitting a Defence from the Chief Constable of Kent Police Alan Pughesley to the Claim Form and the Injunction attached: n16a-engInjunctionagainstKentPolice20Apr2022.pdf;n1engKentPoliceUpdateMay2022.pdf; Particulars of Damages and Claim Compensation (Claim J00ME372).pdf must be completed before 13 June 2022 with or without your Application Notice being considered by the Medway County Court. I will not accept any prevaricative delays to this deadline for Summary Judgment for or against the Claimant.
